Have you ever tried Geocaching?

Isn’t it funny what you can find on the world wide web! Yesterday as we were happily surfing the internet looking for a bone shapped karabiner (whole other story) when we came across Geocaching (pronounced geo-cashing).  Has any one out that tried it?  It looks like great fun and i’m certainly interested in giving it a go.  The site we found was called UK Geocachers where you can get...

Another great use for the Dicky Bag

I’d like to say thank you to Nikki Chasty who has disocovered another great use for the petite Dicky Bag.  She decided that she would use it as a clean poo bag store and treat holder.  The petite dicky bag is the ideal size to clip to your dogs lead/leash and they are so lightweight (just over 3 oz) you don’t notice them.  If you employ clicker training you could even use the lid to...

independent review

Just thought I would share this with the world.  A fantastic article which was written about our Dicky Bag from an independent test.  What is particularly pleasing is that they totally understand the design of the product and it’s purpose. Dog owners everywhere know what it’s like to walk around the block with their dog’s leash in one hand and a bag of their best friends 15 minute...

The only place in the Country that wants snow!

As mad as it sounds, our kids are desperate for some good snow! They see picture after picture of towns snowed in and all we get is icy cold rain – see it’s not all great when you live in Newquay.  Because we get a band of warmer air it is a rare occurrence to get enough snow to sledge.  We had a good snow shower on Thursday between 7.50am and 8.10am which left a staggering 2cm of snow...

Cesar Millan On Paul O’Grady Show

Did you see Cesar Millan on Paul O’Grady’s TV Show on Tuesday?  What a nice change to hear him talk to humans about humans.  As great as he is with dogs we got to know a little more about the man and his far from celebrity beginnings.  He was on the show primarily to promote his up coming UK arena tour which will be starting in London in March 2010.  Ticket prices start around £40 up...

I’ve got a Crap Idea

We did have a hoot at Discover Dogs as I sent my sister into the Dog’s Exercise Area to put up some Posters for the Dicky Bag. She dropped some Blue Tack into the Sawdust but thought it wise to leave it! Wasn’t sure she would get some extra suprise on her hands (YUK). We also got some great comments about our Tee Shirts. I’ve got a Crap Idea ask me. Barry.

Dicky bag for Clicker Training

I just got my Dicky bag today (within 24hrs of ordering!) and I love it! I have a puppy who has a nasty habit of snatching at any plastic bag I’m carrying, full poop bags being one of his favourites which can have very nasty consequences! Today for the first time, I was able to train Otto on his walk after he’d filled a bag by having a clicker in one hand, treats in the other, and...

Exciting news I have just completed our first trans atlantic sale. We thought we would take a punt and throw out a few emails stateside and low and behold they love the concept of the Dicky Bag.  A lovely man called Kenny who runs a meet up group in San Antonio Texas recieved one of my afore mentioned  e mails told his fellow walkers and they have just bought 20 bags from me.  Their attitude to...
